Our house is 8 minutes by car from Munich Airport. There is a bus transit from the airport to the house. The center of Munich or the Allianz Arena can be reached by public transport in about 30 minutes; the romantic city of Freising and Erding with Europe's largest thermal bath in about 15 minutes.

And then the Lufthansa Training Center (LFTC) is only 1 km away from us.

Schwaig / Oberding is a successful, up-and-coming community in the north-east of Munich and neighbor of the international airport in the Erdinger Moos and is therefore connected to the rapid development of the booming region at the gates of the Bavarian capital.

Embedded in the charming moss landscape of the district of Erding with short distances to the most important performance centers of the metropolitan region of Munich such as the Allianz WM-Arena or the Trade Fair Munich.

A new official study from 2017 certifies that here in Oberding / Schwaig only 100m from our house, the air quality is as good as e.g. B. in the idyllic place of pilgrimage Andechs.

The results of the air quality measurements, which are carried out at the airport, are regularly presented and published in the meetings of the Aircraft Noise Commission, show that the measured values at Munich Airport are below the relevant immission limit values; no exceedances were determined.
