The rooms and services

Our larger rooms are also suitable for business travelers.

Our guests have beautiful, light-flooded rooms at their disposal and secure parking directly at the house. Despite the proximity to the airport, you can find restful sleep thanks to soundproofed rooms.

As a special service, we offer copying and printing options and a shoe shine machine.

We do not offer breakfast and meals commercially; but there is a snack bar 100m from here and a good Italian restaurant.

You are welcome to share our dining room and terrace / garden with your meal.

The rooms do not have their own bathroom; this as well as the kitchen, living room, garden with terrace are shared with us house owners in the sense of the "shared community".

Important for long-term guests: There is no secondary residence tax in Erding / Oberding / Schwaig!

The heating is automatically controlled centrally and the heating temperature can be adjusted to the needs of the guests if desired. The heating is automatically deactivated when the window is open.

We attach great importance to safety and carry out a safety inspection every year; advanced security elements are:

Munich Trade Fair is only 30 minutes away by car, good for trade fair guests!

Please do not check in after 11:00 p.m. and in the evening from 10:00 p.m. to avoid noise and noise in order to keep your roommates and neighbors in mind.

There is free high-speed WiFi and internet in the house and rooms

If we cannot do a personal check-in, we have alternatives to handing over the keys.
