Living room

The rooms do not have their own bathroom; this as well as kitchen, living room, garden with terrace are shared with us house owners in the sense of the "shared community"

We do not offer breakfast and meals commercially; but there is a snack bar 100m from here and a good Italian restaurant.

You are welcome to share our dining room and terrace / garden with your meal.

We offer our guests comfortable accommodation in well-kept rural surroundings with their own idyllic garden at an affordable price, which invites you to relax with a wooden terrace and access to the Dorfen river.

Our guests have beautiful, light-flooded rooms at their disposal and secure parking directly at the house. Despite the proximity to the airport, you can find restful sleep thanks to soundproofed rooms.

Please do not check in after 11:00 p.m. and in the evening from 10:00 p.m. to avoid noise and noise in order to keep your roommates and neighbors in mind.

Two of the rooms have a high-quality TV and high-end multimedia receiver.

The heating is automatically controlled centrally and the heating temperature can be adjusted to the needs of the guests if desired. The heating is automatically deactivated when the window is open.

the room cleaned to the best of our knowledge and belief,

the beds were covered with professionally clean bed linen

After check-out, the entire room is effectively disinfected with ozone

Next to the front door you will find the Corona emergency telephone numbers of the local district office.

However, since none of these measures can guarantee sterility, the stay is at your own risk. Any traffic safety obligations are subject exclusively to German regulations.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests with existing infectious diseases out of consideration for other guests and ourselves!

In addition to the rented rooms, guests have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, hall, terrace and garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub

We ask for cleanliness and order in the common areas.
