If we are unable to carry out a personal check-in, we have alternatives for handing over the keys (self-check-in / out)

the towels and bed linen are washed at the highest possible temperature and

After check-out, the entire room is effectively disinfected with ozone

Directly behind the front door you should disinfect your hands with the contactless disinfection dispenser

We point out the observance of the currently applicable special hygiene guidelines, which are prescribed by the state government

Next to the front door you will find the Corona emergency telephone numbers of the local district office.

However, since none of these measures can guarantee sterility, the stay is at your own risk. Any traffic safety obligations are subject exclusively to German regulations.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests with existing infectious diseases out of consideration for other guests and ourselves!
